The EWR Training Academy
At Energy Wind and Renewables, we believe in setting proper expectations through training, education, and an immersion into wind – A way for us to inform newcomers about what to expect, as well as to refresh and provide insight into all of the disciplines within turbine erection.
The Academy lasts 5 full days, and EWR plans to have 4 sessions per year to ensure all new employees are covered. Single, urgent new hires have a condensed site-based version provided until the full Academy can be completed.
