In-house protrusion gauge design

At EWR, we can design and manufacture protrusion gauges in house, which allows our assembly crews to verify tolerances on assembled components in the field. The gauges are designed specifically to meet the tolerances stipulated in the turbine manufacturers manual and allow field crews to confirm specs prior to advancing on to the next task. This is a proactive and preventative measure which allows us to maintain continuity and schedule during assembly, as well as minimize potential financial impacts which result from any required adjustments post install.
